If you haven't checked out the pictures on our Walmart site lately, the class pictures are up. They look great! Thanks to Evan Karg for doing that for us. If you haven't checked out the site yet just type Walmart Photo Centre into your address line. When the site comes up click on "log in". Our username is charyk@yahoo.com. Our password is reunion 2011. Once you're in, you can look at all the pictures from the weekend, select ones that you want to print, or upload your own photos for others to see. Have fun. Oh what a fantastic weekend of reminiscing, laughing, eating, dancing, more laughing, playing ball and golf.  We had so much fun.  I see some people have already started uploading their pics onto our community picture site.  In case you missed it.....we created an account at Walmart Photo Centre.The username is charyk@yahoo.com and the password is reunion 2011. With this info you can upload your pictures and/or download other people's pictures to print. We haven't put the class pics up yet but they're coming soon. Thank you everyone who came. Ball game

Fantastic start to the reunion last night.  Great turn out for the ball game, in the stands and out in the field.  No one needed oxygen, lots of laughs and a little reminiscing at the Grey Goose after.  Perfect.  will post some pics later. 

It's here!!

Yeah!!  The weekend to end all weekends is upon us.  Amazing response from everyone, even the weather man is cooperating.  How lucky are we?   If you're in town Friday check out the Hanna website link on left side of blog for updates on the action.  Heard the Canada Day stage is having amazing entertainment.  Most importantly, be at the Museum Ball Diamond at 7:00 p.m. to play ball, cheer on the brave, have a few laughs.  Will definitely be a good time.  Trying to line up oxygen in case anyone needs it. 

Also, if you haven't e-mailed to tell us that your check is in the mail please do so NOW.  Our caterer wants to know.

Want to sneak in a game of golf before you head home on Sunday.  Sandy is organizing a game for Sunday about 1:00 p.m., after the breakfast.  If you're interested send her an e-mail.  svbussel@telusplanet.net.  Another good way to visit people and wear off  some of the calories from the pancake breakfast.  FORE!!

An elderly couple had dinner at another couple's house, and after eating, the wives left the table and went into the kitchen. The two gentlemen were talking, and one said, "Last night we went out to a new restaurant and it was really great. I would recommend it very highly."


The other man said, "What is the name of the restaurant?"

The first man thought and thought and finally said, "What is the name of that flower you give to someone you love? You know... The one that's red and has thorns."

"Do you mean a rose?"

"Yes, that's the one," replied the man. He then turned towards the kitchen and yelled, "Rose, what's the name of that restaurant we went to last night?"

Slow Pitch

The Hanna Golf Club will have tee times available on July 2 and 3rd for reunion attendees.  Also, if you would be interested in a fun tournament, the golf pro, Warren Haugen, is willing to plan one for us.  Let him know at least one week in advance to get in on the tournament.  His e-mail address is hannatee@hannagolf.ca.   The link to the golf course is listed under links on the left side of the blog.  The clubhouse phone number is 403 854-3722.
